Singapore is a sophisticated place. It is very good learning environment. It's clean, green, fair, you name it. They're always ahead because they work hard at it.
If you want to including military methodologies ... why not try Israel? (ask me why)

Good place for education. Muat have to do hardwork to run up with the pace here. Are you planning to get education here?
