How do you handle your friend when He or she is Hurt Badly?

I would apologize and try to make things better by showing I am sincere. It depends on what you did, really. Somethings aren't easily forgivable but it starts with a sincere apology. IF your friend refuses to speak to you anymore, then just respect his/her decision because you were the one that caused the problem and you cannot force a person to go back to the way things were.
