Do you believe that luck is important to be successful?

wat i've learnt from the experiences in my life and believe in it totally is that if u want be successful never depend on luck. if u've strived for something and u dont achieve it then probably u've not given ur 100%. i pity those people who depend on luck and use it as an excuse for wat they lack. to be successful wats needed is to make right choices, never loose focus on the target till u achieve it, be smart and work hard.

Hi cryhapytears. Good question. Luck alone is not cause for success. Sitting in a corner and thinking that if there is luck it will take you to success, will not help you and that is also not the wise way of living. One should work hard to taste the success and at the same time luck should also favor you then only you will have 100% success. In any field sports to profession luck also plays its role and we can not ignore the luck. My opinion is luck is also important to be successful.

Success and luck are completely unrelated. You can get lucky and win the lottery...but winning the lottery does not make you successful in life, it makes you profitable, but not successful.
Be definition, being successful is meeting your goals, whatever they may be. If you want to be successful in your career, then you should never depend on luck or wait for destiny to get you where you want to be. Get down and dirty, work hard, stay focused on your goals and ambitions, and NETWORK. Often, people become successful not because of their skills, but because of who they know.

Wow Kelly!! tat really had a msg to lot of us here...i cudnt agree more. there's no such thing as luck, fate, crap, etc..we shud always and continously keep learning from new experiences and acquire skills to use them to be successful.
