Are you on twitter? Do you tweet? If so what do you think of it? Some people learn to use twitter as a moneymaker or advertising tool. Some just like to talk. What do you use twitter for?

Personally I use twitter to let people know when I have posted a new blog entry or if I have received a payment from an online program. I do the odd tweet about my everyday life as well but not that often to be honest.

I like using twitter (username: kjscrafts). I mostly tweet when I post new blog posts on my blogs or hubs on HubPages. I also tweet when I list new items on eBay. I also throw in some general status update tweets regularly.

Yeah, I'm mainly interested to see how many followers I can get and to see if they will sign up for any of my sites. It seems like every time I tweet I end up getting a follower or two, if I can get some referrals out of it, it would probably be useful to me.

I have not found it successful for getting sales (eBay, Etsy, or my soap store) or sign ups, but I have found it has increased my views. Views with no sales means nothing for my selling, but for my blogs it works well.

You can't write much on the tweets. I like facebook alittle bit better as a way of talking to people and keeping track of them. Twitter is limited to 140 characters.

I only signed up to Twitter as my brother was on there and I wanted to see what the fuss was all about. I should probably tell you that I am a huge user of Facebook so I am quite into the social networking scene but to me Twitter is just a lesser version of the Facebook status update bar with not much else.

I thought twitter was a decent concept until I started using it. Then it eventually became boring to me. I didn't have time to actually tweet every five minutes so I just stopped doing it all together. I don't see how it's addictive like some people say.
