I'm trying to find people to do Captcha work for me (see my site in my blog). Does anyone have any tips on how to advertise better?

You could try posting on GetAFreelancer. It's just that plus .com You can get a horde of people and pay them cents. Lots of "teams" there that are available to do this kind of work. www.getafreelancer.com
