I have to wash my face, feet, drink atleast two glasses of water and tie my hair

I cannot sleep if I do not wash my feet and drink atleast two glasses of water...Also I must be in a comfortable cotton night wear, with all the curtains in place, not letting a streak of light...And the hair should be tied up so that it doesnt fall on face... Even on journey I can do without all these but I should wash my feet...Do you have any particular thing to do before sleeping? Like reading a book or drinking milk or munching on chocolate???

i guess everyone would have his/her own ritual before going to bed. i have a shower and then a cup of coffee in bed while watching some news before i go to sleep.

Hmm I know of people who take bath before going to bed...even if I am tired, I do not take a full body bath, but I do take a body bath...I get very good sleep then..But coffee before going to bed, that is the first time I hear someone doing that...

I know from my experience that having tea or coffee when you are sleepy, lets you stay awake for some more time. You might have got used to having coffee before bedtime that it doesnt affect your sleep right? Here when we have rich food for dinner and there is no dessert to end the dinner, we have a cup of coffee, very light coffee.

Miss malpoa, your answer on my discussion "Let's creat multiple additional earning way" is quite helpful to me so that and made me interested in your discussion. Well,your activity before sleep is really good habit and that's tytical girls' good habit,to me wash is the only thing before I lie down.By the way,do you usually dream and how is that like? I got a nost shocking dream so far in my life and please visit my discussion to response or comment if you are interested. Hmm so you agree that girls are more particular about being clean, right? hi hi When my male cousins come visiting and they lay on bed wothout washing feet, I yell at them. I do a prayer before sleeping because I do not like to see dreams. Will see your discussion soon.
