When I travel overseas, I make sure that I don't miss reading the local newspapers to keep informed and updated of things in the country. Here is what I came across once when I was reading the newspaper of the (City). [ By the way, I will just keep the City in parenthesis, otherwise I am afraid they might get mad at me. ] It says "You have stayed in (City) too long if you have started looking both ways even when you are crossing a oneway street !" Oh ho ! That was so funny ! I just can't stop laughing ! Yes indeed, that's the way things are there ! Have you had any experience like that or have you seen any funny stories like that ? Please share !

ha ha ha sometimes we really encountered funny things like that. That was another spice to life.

This happened a couple of years ago at a family party. We were all sitting around talking and visiting when one of the guys in the group (around 50 years old and single) popped up with the statement that women have the easiest time going through menopause. He said it was the best time of a woman's life. I got this picture in my mind of him experiencing menopause because he acted like he was such an authority on the subject. I started to laugh and could not stop. The more he tried to defend his argument, the harder I laughed. I must have lost five pounds that day just laughing and laughing and laughing.

Oh really ? Yeah, I guess he wants to be an authority ! May be he has attended some schools about the subject ! Ha ha ha !
