Lately, I don't have dream when I sleep. I don't know why? I miss dreams... even the bad dreams...where are my dreams? How to invite them into my sleep?

How long have you gone without dreams? It might just be a phase. Your body might be waking up too slowly for you to remember your dreams. Your dreams probably haven't stopped. It might just be that you're not remembering them. Anyway, I wouldn't worry too much about it just yet. It might go away in just a little while. If not then you might ask a doctor. It's clinically proven that people who don't dream when they sleep may be agitated or stressed as a result.

I haven't had a dream for almost three months. Usually, I have a dream which is related to my life or my future with symbolic meanings. For example, one day I dreamt going with my grandmother who passed away a long time ago. She asked me to go to a forest. We walked together, it was dark. Then, my grand ma said that I had to go back because my father missed me. After that dream, I got sick for almost two months. I think dream is important for me because it reflects my life in the past, future and present. Nowadays, I am really busy taking care my two children may be I haven't had a dream because I am too tired.

There isn't really an answer for this. We have absolutely no control whatsoever over the content of our mind during sleep. Sooner or later the dreams will be back into your mind, so do not worry. It's normal for other people not to dream about anything for a while, or a long time even. You're not alone on this!

Well riani,
Usually when you have sound sleep we do not dream too much or some time it could be even nil. Dreams are related to REM (Rapid Eye Movement) when this is more you dream a lot. See whenever you are not getting sleep and still trying have some you would surely have dreams.
