99centPTC.com BIGGEST SCAM among buxhost PTC sites!

Ok here's the story I was invited by Triple7 admin to this site telling me that this site is a good site to join. When I saw the site it has thousands of members already, which only means many people believe the goodness of this site. I joined, and since I own a few PTC sites and I have a new site from BUXHOST, I was tempted to advertise on 99centPTC. After paying, I sent support ticket on 99centPTC admin about my advertising asking him to please notify me when my ads are approved and up there showing. Every now and then, minutes after minutes I check the site and see if my ads are there showing already, but I did not see any of my sites there. He did not care to reply any of my support tickets, I was thinking he is busy. Then, I tried to buy advertisement again, hoping this time he will show my ads, but still NO SIGN of my ads showing there. Then I went to his forum and post on "Advertisement Support" WOW! There are advertisers complaining too and I was alarmed. I was angry for not receiving the service I paid him for. Looking at the forum, there are many members complaining about payments. Then I look further in the site. I noticed one thing.. he is selling 1000 clicks for $1.00 and he pay his members $0.015 per click! What??? 1000 x $0.015 = $15 so, he should sell 1000clicks for more than $15.00 to get profits. Oh but I realize he get more profit because he take the money and did not give the services and he get member's investment and only pay a few and the rest are sorry. He posted on the forum saying I have fake claims, and he banned me on his forum! I have the receipts of the advertising service I paid him for, I will be posting on my own forum . I have file dispute on alertpay too. I suspect this guy uses many accounts on alertpay to scam people. He opens a GOOD-PROMISING site and make people believe and invest on him and close it after he collected the money then open a NEW GOOD LOOKING SITE again! This person must be STOPPED!
