Contaminated food

Time depends on what kind of food. Tomato-based dishes usually spoil fast if not handled properly. I have experienced food poisoning when I was still in college, way back 2003. It was such a horrible experience. I experienced the symptoms hours after eating the contaminated food. I had really high fever and chills. I was vomiting. I was dehydrated. I had diarrhea. I felt cold. My friends told me that I was so pale. I refused to be brought to the doctor until the third day when I have almost zero strength. After that, I was asked to rest for a week because I lost so much water and electrolytes in my body. My throat and stomach were slightly damaged too. It's important that as soon as you don't feel okay, you should have yourself checked in the hospital.
