Democratic ideology marches out the idea that all are equal. The church taught us to love each other and to embrace one another in a brotherhood of equality. BUt look around you. Are we truly equal? do we have a just and free society for us to claim we are equal? How about our human rights? are we truly respected? How can we obliterate the line between the rich and the poor, the privileged and the underprivileged. How can we uphold equality when people are not united? from the aspect of politics,economic,cultural, social and even religious, it's very hard to find an ounce of equality.Is equality still a just cause to fight for? Tell me what you think. Or are you like most people who have forgotten the value of equality among men?
