I honestly feel like I'm the only one who's left dreaming of what it's like being in another country. Most of the people i know have gone to trips or vacations to other countries. My mother, my sister, my friends... they've been to a foreign land and I'm the only one that's left dreaming here. Why am I so underprivileged? Why are opportunities so limited for me? Are there anybody out here who's like me? You know, I hate reading about other people's travel experiences because instead of reading for information, i tend to feel so low. i don't want to work abroad. i just want to experiences what it's like to see the other part of this world.
How about you, guys?

I love travelling and most of the time I am hooked to travel and living channel. But I havent travelled abroad, though I love to. I envy those who travel. I wish one day I will have enough money to travel the world. i love to work abroad especially europe so that I can see many countries without getting visas and without the hassle of currency conversion. There are many beautiful places in Europe and there food is simply yum.

I strongly believe that we will get a chance sooner or later. Only a few days back I read of the trend adoptd by most irlines to reduce the fair to fetch more passengers on both domestic and international sector. If that is so travelling cost will dwindle down a lot...Also if you have friends or relatives abroad, the accomodation will come cheaper...

hahaha! Yum? maybe. But my sister said the food there's not yum. She had a hard time adjusting to the taste and variety. Still, preferences vary. maybe what she thought unpalatable is delicious to some, and what's not yum to others, may be yum for her. Let's just hope we have the chance to try. Thanks!

i haven't been out of the country, as well because i have mild claustrophobia. i get anxious when i'm in an airplane. however, i can tolerate 30-minute or 1-hour airplane rides. so i just travel with in my country. hehe but i do have plans of travelling the world someday. but not right now. i don't have the time nor the money to do that yet. hehe :)

I'm also want to travel abroad or to be able to experience how was it like to travel in an airplane. Last week my parents and my sister are been in Iloilo they travel by airplane. I feel envy to some people that they can afford to travel abroad. I don't have money to travel.

The past is history and the future is a mystery. I think that you might be able to change the fact that you haven't yet been out of your home country. You might be able to plan to visit one of your neighboring countries. It could be a weekend away staying in a guest house. I know that a journey can start with a single step. I began traveling to France when I was a child. It is my next door country and it has always been easy to get to. I saved up money from my paper round when I was a teenager to reach Greece. Good luck with any traveling that you will do.

Oh! Maximax. what an exciting life you're leading. Hope one day i could do that too. BUt opportunities in my country is truly limited. It's just not very possible to save for travel plans. Yet you're right. Life is a long journey what where the road leads, nobody knows. thanks for your comment.

Some People get to travel when they're Young with their parents during school holidays,or as Young adults with their Friends,or during College Holidays..It's easier visiting another country when there's a land border with your own,but it makes it more interesting when you need to take a ferry, ship,or Airplane to go somewhere! Once you have responsibilities,it takes a little more effort to go places..Having family elsewhere in the world is good,as you may then have an option to go visit them occasionally.Bear in Mind, the Longest Journey starts with a single step..out Your front Door! If You're not able to go somewhere now, plan where You'd like to visit in the future..good luck!

I also never had the opportunity of going abroad .I also feel the same as you.I feel rather very much inferior when I see so many having international holidays .My brother and sister are also abroad .So I always yearned to settle abrad .But fate has not allowed me to settle there .It is cruel that I have not had the opportunity to visit the other countries .It is true that we should count our blessings and look at the less priveleged .If god wants us to go abroad we will somehow go .

I have only been out of the country once and only for about an hour. Once when we were vacationing in Michigan we crossed over the border in to Canada. We had lunch there and went to some park that had beautiful flower landscaping. Then we crossed back over the border in to Michigan again. So technically I have been out of the country. I did go to Hawaii and while that is part of our country it seemed like I was going to another country because the flight was really long.

I have been fortunate enough to travel overseas once! It was only once, but it was a huge trip taking six months! You really should travel when you have the chance as it is such an amazing experience!
My wife has never left the country and niether have my parents or her parents, so do not feel too bad, you are not alone!!!
Keep dreaming and working towards your goal of travelling and you will get there!

dont worry, i'm the same with u now. i've dreaming of travelling abroad for a long time. but until now, still only a dream. lol... but i know i'll realize it some day soon. in fact, it's not difficult, only to collect some money, and get the passport and visa, and then find a travel agency. if have foreign friends in the destination country, that will be much better, i think. hehe...
certainly, there is another good way, to work as an international sales, or some job like so, and some day, maybe u'r be invited to have a visit to ur suupplier or customer in another country.

You arent the only one that feels like this, Im one of those too that have never been out of the country even thou I would love to go visit alot of different places. I sometimes read about others adventures and wonder why I cant do those things too or get a tad jealous.
We finally got to go on a first trip ever, the year before last and another one this last April. We had gotten remarried and got to finally go on a honeymoon. Of course it wasnt that far away but I still enjoyed it. This last year we went too. We go with our friends who got married and it was during their ceremony that we again declared our love for each other. If it wasnt for that we would never have gotten to go on any trips at all.
What we really want to do is take the kids too but with limited means I dont know if that will ever happen. Anyways to get out of the country I dont think will ever happen for us. Personally I would love to travel the world.

No, you're not the only one. I've never been outside the US. Though I have no interest in traveling abroad. I don't even travel inside the state that I live in, let alone the country.
Try not to let it get to you. If nothing else enjoy the country you live in.
Happy mylotting!

I am here to give you a company. I have never been out of my country. I don't have money to go for an international travel. Don't worry dear. There are lots of people who are not able to go out of their state or out of their village or town even. So, it is not a big issue. There will be a time when you fly outside your country in the near future.

You're not alone. I am from the Philippines and I haven't had the chance to travel overseas yet. But with airfares getting really low nowadays, I'm sure it's something that we can look forward to in the future. If ever i and my family will get the chance, three places I prefer to visit would be Zurich, Paris and London.
