Good day, 786pankaj! Well, you can earn here in different ways. You can earn from posting and responding to discussions, uploading pictures, doing tasks and having active referrals. To earn more in participation, keep on posting quality content, short posts will not be paid. Also try to do tasks, it helps to earn more, just follow the given directions and enter the required details and submit before the time runs out. You can also earn from referring. Refer your friends and family then you will receive an amount equal to 25% of their participation earnings. Encourage them to be active to earn from them. If you have questions, just ask. What a shame that you could not be active over these last two years but better late than never! The best thing that you can do to learn how it works is to respond on a few discussions that you find interesting and to add a few friends along the way. Then when you feel that you can start a discussion on your own those friends might respond to it too. There is a link to the Guidelines at the bottom of the page and I suggest you READ them so that you know what to do and what not to do and avoid getting your posts deleted. You need to be active and participate in disucssions, to earn in here. Of course there are tasks to do too, if you want to earn faster. I don't do tasks. as all I do is respond to discussons. I have started some, but not many, as I would rather respond. You need to post quality, as that is what mylot is looking for. Whevever you start discussions, it is in your best interest to post comments back to the respoonses you get, as you are only paid on your activity and not the activity of others.
