I love food and really look forward to my meals each day. Today for lunch i have a homemade salad, with chicken and all sorts of salad vegetables and leaves. Tonight for dinner my boyfriend is making a curry which I am very excited about as he is an excellent chef.
What meals have you/will you be eating today?

For lunch I had a bacon sandwich, and for dinner I'm having some delicious Italian spaghetti that my mom made. It has lots of veggies like celery, zucchini, carrots, and more so that it's delicious and healthy at the same time! I know she takes a long time in making it so I'm really looking forward to it.

hmmm. I just cooked Menudo, it's pork meat and pork liver in tomato sauce with potatoes and carrots.. sadly it does not taste like menudo at all.
cause I used a mix that I bought in the grocery that I used instead of tomato sauce... Anyway, it's still edible and with a little fish sauce, it tastes okay. LOL.

its chopped meat which i will eat in dinner today. We call it keema and we especially eat it with chapati or rice.
Salads are added for increasing items and food to look good. we use dal also.

Hi, it's already 7:30 PM here and I had just finished my supper. Well, I had breakfast of sunny side up eggs and chicken hotdog and leftovers from last day's birthday party. Then lunch time, we had chicken stew and salad made of lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber with thousand island dressing for my cousins and nephew and balsamic dressing for me. Tonight, we had fish cooked in vinegar and spices and the leftover chicken stew and salad.

Hello,
Today is a public holiday in my country. I don't cook! I have a buffet lunch with my family because all of us is OFF today. we have Japanese buffet. They are many food there from sushi, tempura, Sashimi, fried chicken, oysters, dessert, ice cream and fruits. We all skip our breakfast and headed to the buffet at 12noon.
I eat a lot as I am so hungry due to no breakfast taken. We left the place at 2.30 in the afternoon. Getting very full tummy back home. I could not take any more food for dinner. Hence I have skip my dinner too.
And just now about 11 at night I started to feel hungry again. I have a set of Mcdonalds value meal for my late dinner.

Hi Magickat,
Today is a public holiday in Malaysia. Since my mother-in-law is at home, she is the person do the cooking for the family.
She cooked fried Kwee Tiau this afternoon and for dinner, we have simple dishes : steam fish, fried vegetables, soup with steam rice.
I love to eat curry and normally I will cook curry chicken, either served with steam rice or ketupats.
