Ever Feel down when ever things go wrong?!

Actually, there is a certain law, one that is just recently signed by the president, and this law is about anti rep tape. The name itself says it all, to fight corruption in the government. Although it may sound that way, we can never tell that it will be effective in fighting corruption. But one thing about this law, is that mandates every government office and agencies to create their own citizen's charter. This will include, description of frontline services, the people who will be served, requirements, people incharge, the place and the time that certain service needs to accomplish it. That should be outlined in a signage or poster like notices, placed in every office, where people could easily notice, thereby, minimize inquiries and maximizing public officer's time and productivity.

thanks. the worst part of that is am not good or doesn't know anything when it comes to re-installing the game. I did cheer myself up to prevent from getting further more depressed..luckily, things are gonna go as planned.

It's been three Years already, i can't add another expansion since it has reached it's limit. hoping to buy a computer very very soon.

very frustrating that i almost slap the monitor, but i didn't not it's fault. well, you can always buy new recipe, right? in here once the program goes wrong,that's it. am no programmer or computer technician

Well, I did look on the bright side, if i didn't solve that problem, then i wouldn't have trouble continuing mylot instead of just giving extra time for the video. well, i went to the bath-room and sit in the toilet,thinking while dumping. just some bad upgrade i guess.

thank you so much for the enlightenment message. i did feel that i was in the dark at that time, i thought i couldn't go on. until i found the problem in the program and got rid of it. well, so far i haven't got that wisdom, all but learn from a lesson in every challange in my life.
