Eighty percent of our body is water. That is why water is important to us. The water in our blood helps transport food and nutrition to every cell in our body. The cells are aerated, irrigated and fed.We become healthy physically and mentally.Water through our urine also remove wastes from our body.

Since water contains no calories and can serve as an appetite suppressant and helps the body metabolize stored fat, it may possibly be one of the most significant factors in losing weight. Water is a key component in determining the quality of our lives. Today, people are concerned about the quality of the water they drink. Although water covers more than 70% of the Earth, only 1% of the Earth's water is available as a source of drinking.

Hi Panipuri,
You are more intelligent and you must be knowing at least this that without water..there is no existence...
1. Life probably evolved in water.
2. Living cells are 70% - 95% water.
3. Water covers about 3/4 of the earth.
4. In nature, water naturally exists in all three physical states of matter -- solid, liquid, and gas.
5. Life absolutely depends on the properties of water.
6. Water's extraordinary properties are emergent properties resulting from water's structure and molecular interactions.
