HYIP, bestcapitalist.com do you join it?

Do you happen to join any HYIP sites? How much are you willing to invest for such program?
Well, I just see this HYIP site with very low investment, and 108% on the next day. www.bestcapitalist.com I am wondering if it's scam, as in the forums, a lot of people got paid. And you can even invest as little as $1 ( but I think it's not effective).
Please comment if you know or have joined this site, and please sharing the result.
One thing to know is when did it started? As I ever read that HYIP is still save if you join as soon as possible, then after some time, withdraw all your money.
I've never been into any of HYIP sites, so please give me some insight. Thanks guys! ^_^

I have an interest to join and invest in hyips because of the quick gain they give but not tried yet till trying to find out good and paying ones and learning some tips and tricks.For the time being as you said you are getting 108% from your said I have something better if you want which pays 28% for 4 days so you double your investment in 4 days and there are positive reviews I am getting not invested myself yet..if you want to try pm me and I will get you the link..you can risk $1 anyway..

I know a few that have been in business for over a year, and have reasonable rates to sustain itself. If you want links give me a PM. Also, I know a new short term HYIP, that is paying members daily and has great rates too!
