What is your skin care regime like?

There are a lot of products and reviews out there, but I think the truth is that everyone's skin is different and you just have to try things out for yourself. At the moment I'm having good results from Soap and Glory's "Scrub Your Nose in It". I also like products from Lush and if there's one near you they will give you free samples of facial products if you ask them.

I'm 55 and the only thing I do is when I brush my teeth I'll rinse my face with water and dry it. I never did get many pimples, although I remember a friend of mine insisting that I call them "blemishes". I'm a minimalist, thus the rinse/dry twice a day. My skin is pretty soft and I don't have as many wrinkles as a lot of women my age.

I start my day with a glass of water followed by cup of fruits.I wipe my face with chilled rose water several times in a day.I use a face pack using gram flour and curd at least twice in a week.A cup full of milk with a teaspoon of almond oil does wonder to your skin and hair.It delays wrinkle and cures dry skin problems.Pimples usually occurs due to constipation and oily skin.Diet rich in fibre and natural vitamins helps in overcoming this problem.Sandalwood paste cures the pimples and should be applied on the pimples and left over pimple marks only.When ever i get a pimple i apply anti pimple lotion called SHACLEAR by shahnaz husain. Its herbal and free from harmful chemicals.
