Yes.
I am godaddy costumer since 2006. They are a bit different from others but they are top, they are very top also about domains .. I am satisfied, in allmost 3 years I have experienced maybe 15 mins of downtime; they always answered very fast to my support tickets, have good plans for hosting ... yet again, they have a bit different systems to deal inside the account. Very reliable and safe, but ... unique. No way even closer to C-panel, so who get used with that would find very difficult to work inside the host account. Yet I like the system.

I've been teaching myself HTML lately. Dave is one of the top gurus in HTML. This link will take you to his site & the page where he recommends his favorite hosts. I think his favorite one only charges #4.44/month for unlimited space. They also have NO limitations on the visitors to your site. You might want to look around Dave's site for other suggestions!!!

This link is to Dave's HTML Tutorial & also has a CSS Tutorial link on it. I've not been studying HTML for long so I've not started a page yet. I do have 2 in mind & will be back to give you the links once I get them done. I think I'll use the Global host simply because they expand with me if my site happens to take off. If it doesn't take off, the price is not wallet breaking!!! I need to study CSS next so I can make the BEST pages in one attempt!!! Good luck with yours!!!
