I have known since i was 3yrs old. Although i didnt really realize it was my purpose until i reached 19yrs old. You find your purpose in life by following your joy; whatever brings you the most joy is what your purpose is ( and i mean true joy, not something that just makes you happy temporarily ) I love to help people. Plain and simple. I love to donate money, time, clothes, etc. I first went to college for fashion design cause i have been sewing since i was 7 yrs old, but i changed my major and went to school to become a respiratory care practitioner because i wanted a career really helping people. I have learned that even though i like being a respiratory therapist i dont love it thus it is still not my joy. My joy is to spend my time working as a volunteer for various causes and charities. I would love to do that as a full time job more then anything else. That is my joy, and i am now working towards it. When you work to follow your joy, work doesnt seem like work at all; it is an awesome and joyful experience. Hope this helps ;)

i was having a very hard time in life, i was very low. i felt alone and had no one to really talk to. i began to cry and hyperventilate and i could not stop. i had never prayed or spoke to God before and at my darkest hour i prayed to God for help. I prayed genuinely and expressed a need for him like i had never needed anything before. there all alone crying on my kitchen floor he came to me and said he would always be with me and that he always had been with me. he told me every thing was going to be okay. i really felt his presence for the first time and it was awe inspiring. i now know that even when times are rough and i am afraid he is always by my side so there really is nothing to fear ;)

hi guyz that are confuse. I don't know if all of you will accept my opinion. But anywayz you everybody has the right to have opinions. FYI I have read and studied the entire Bible thoroughly. Because of that I have a clear understanding on what is the purpose of my life! Guess what? The ultimate purpose of life is to serve Our CREATOR! Humans are made to serve the Creator and that is a fact. Now you have to find who is our Creator and establish a good relationship to HIM and serve HIM and until then if you do this then you will be happy. Another thing, the other purposes of life depends on what are your principle of life is and to whom you dearly LOVED. For example: If you love your parents then you devote your life in supporting them not only materially, emotionally but most of all spiritually. The matter became you purpose of life and you are happy with it if you fulfill your endeavors.

Zaphan, If you want to know my religion, add me to your friends. Then I will private message you. You seem to be interested in people. You commented out every one who respond! That's a good virtue.

I think the purpose of living is learning. We are here to learn, to be tolerant and most of all to love one another. This is how I see it.

No, can't say that I do. Though it does happen. Especially through the people you love the most. That can hurt a lot. But , no I don't like it at all. Life is a learning process, you learn to deal with the bad times, but you also learn to deal with the good times. There will always be good times after the bad times. Sometimes it is beter to take life as is. " Except the things you cannot change and change the things you can." When you can do this, you have power to become happy with your life.

I hope my purpose is to take care of those who love by just reciprocating their love abundantly and the next thing would be help others (mainly the poor, old and the disabled) which i am doing as far as i can...i dont think God has assigned each one a purpose, he checks it out as to what purpose we create on our own, just to test us might be, that was just my thought

Hey, No I still don't know what my purpose in life is, I have no idea still. Maybe because I am only young, and I haven't been through many years of my life that I can remember clearly. Hopefully I will find the purpose for myself one day. Make sure you have a good day, God bless and Happy Lotting!!

lol i wish. I'm still young though and i have time to find my path. In my honest opinion i think life is a constant journey to find your purpose and you never really will find just a single purpose especially because things and yes even you yourself change constantly.
