What your opinion about the god ?

I don't know if I should trust.Many people say "my god!","thanks god",etc,maybe there is a god in their heart.I don't have positive or negetive comments,the point is to be yourself,be realistic,try your best on everything once you've decided,that's my belief anyway.God helps those who help themselves,come on~~
