This is a completely curiosity question.
How do you land on your foot when you run?
Do you midfoot, heel, or toe strike?
When you lift do you push with your toes or just sort of lift your legs and propel forward?
What can you tell me about your running form?

It depends on the distance - when I run some short speed interval I land on toes. I try to make some very technical strikes. But when I am running for longer distances I land on my midfoot (easy runs, long runs). I don't exactly know if I puch with my toes - becouse I do it automaticly, I think. Finally, I think, the worse is heel striking - and I don't do this.

I generally land midfoot. When running hard up a steep hill though I have been known to heel strike (and there has been photographic evidence).
I don't think I really push off with my toes, it doesn't feel like it. I really want to get one of my friends to take some photos sometime for me to see exactly what I'm doing.
I can tell you that the coaches in the running group think I'm doing better now and they don't really see any form errors. I'm hoping I don't ruin my form with my new thicker shoes, but my feet just needed something that supported the ankle more for now. I'll still use the other shoes for track running though.
