I have been feeling rotten these week. My body is weak and non responsive to any stimulus... Mornings are especially difficult. I feel sleepy all morning. And then after finally getting up it would take me a long time to adjust to any task I need to work on for the day. I don't enjoy these slow motion experience. I have set up a doctor's appointment on Friday and am anxious to know the reason behind this phenomena of my very own body. Have you ever felt this way?

There are a few things happening here that I think possibly could be the problem for you. Something similar happened to me during the afternoon. It was just before dinner time and I would feel incredibly sleepy and slow. This was solved by stopping eating dairy. I found that I was slightly lactose intolerant and this was the answer to the problem with the sleepiness. Also, it could be stress-related. If a lot is happening in your life, then you aren't getting very good sleep, which means that you are losing energy while you are awake.

Hmmm, thanks for that information. I will try to mention that with the doctor tomorrow. However, I am sleepy in the morning. And more alert in the afternoons. I have this acidic aftertaste too in almost all food that I eat.

It does sound like it could possibly be something related to how you are digesting food. Just keep that in mind and mention it to the doctor if you remember.

Yes I have and when I finally got to the doctor, I found out that I had diabetes and that my blood sugar levels were over 500! Which is bad since the normal blood sugar range is somewhere 90 - 120. Plus I had depression from being so sick, high blood pressure, a whole bunch of stuff that was directly related to how bad I felt. Hopefully you will find out that you just need vitamins and that it is not a serious problem when you get to the doctor. Good luck.

Thanks, I had a feeling this is really more of physiological than emotional problem. I'm hoping for the best!

I did feel rotten today. I don't know why I was too tired. I kept yawning and can keep my eyes open. Unfortunately, I still had to work and I had a couple of class in the evening. I can't believe I yawned in front of my students. It's contagious. The next thing you know, a few yawned too. I made chicken soup when I got back. Hopefully, I'll feel much better tomorrow.

Hello beaushell... I am feeling that way right now. I always get on the computer and spend alot of time on mylot. Yesterday I just couldn't make myself get up and go. I just feel like I have no enegy at all nor the desire to work online. I made myself do this today. Let me know what the doc says about all of this. I wonder if it has something to do with the earths pressure...Have a good day...
