Do ghost really exists?

Long time ago people used to believe that the ghost did exist..According to many of the people when someone dies then his soul remains in earth while his body is burned..so that same soul goes round the world and disturbs many people..now also in some of the countries it is believed that ghost does exist and even in this 21st century of science and technology if ghost exists then it is totally wrong..So what is your view on this?

I do not believe that ghost exists,but really have a number of people do believe it.and the sitation is extremely serious in the areas of poverty.why so many persons belive the existing of ghost may have several reasons,and the most important of them is that when some things were happened and could be explained ,the ghost help them to explain things away.and the other reason is what some one can not do ,they hope that ghost exist and help them done.
