can i get paid for reffer a friend to paypal?

they had paid for referrals in the past. i'm sure if they are having the policy of paying for referrals. It will be good if one check the FAQ and terms and conditions section of paypal's website to keep oneself updated. Now that paypal has grow so big, they wont encourage payments for referrals.

Yes you will be paid a small percent whenever you refer someone and uses Paypal. You can go to the Paypal website and check out its affiliate program.
