Sun or Rain, which do you prefer?

I used to love the sunshine and feel very happy when the day dawns gloriously bright and full of light. Sunshine meant we could play out, go out, not feel depressed, feel healthy etc. But now, strangely enough, I don't like the sun at all. It makes me feel very uncomfortable, mostly because I am sun allergic. I start sweating and feeling sick and yearn for rain.
Now I'm thrilled when the dark clouds gather and the whole world turns gloomy hiding the sun. I love to hear the patter of rain drops on my window early in the morning, feeling relieved that it will be a good day for me. I do all my errands on rainy days and don't mind getting wet, and only wish that it will rain for a long time. Am I weird? On such days I don't feel tired at all, neither do I feel depressed. What do mylotters prefer?

I like rain outside when I'm sleeping/waking up or on days that I stay in and study. It discourages me from procrastinating by going outside, or walking to the shops. But if I have to go anywhere, I much prefer the sun because it makes me feel happy and...well...sunshine-y. :D

You are right elenayae. Especially if its an outdoor picnic or trip or something like that, I definitely prefer the sun. However in that case the vehicle should be air conditioned and and I shouldn't sweat. Only then all my problems start. You see I can never wear fun jewellery, because wherever it touches my body, I come out in a rash and the marks will be visible for a long time. Have a nice sunny day pal.

i prefer both. there are specific activities that we do when it's rainy or shiny. i love it when there is sunshine for i love being outside.i have more outdoor activities than indoor ones. i also love rain when my plants need it. i have lots of plants so id prefer that the nature will water them.

Hi flagella, so sorry for the long delay, but got held up with lots of work, couldn't get to myLot. flagella, you just know the sun in my country. of course I used to love it, but feel quite afraid of the sun because of my allergy. You are indeed lucky. Happy mylotting

i love rain than sunshine :)
rain might get me wet, but atleast it wont make me sweat.
im from phils. and during those sunny days, i feel like im gonna pass out!
so, i prefer rain now :)

It hardly rains in India... So i love rain, its awesome and its amazing. I enjoy even the sound of rain, i feel really excited about it. Fresh pop corns and watching movies at home with dear ones is what i enjoy. I love to take pictures of rain. I enjoy the smell of the rain. The lightning, the thunder (mild) and smooth chill breeze its all amazing and i feel so poetic when i see rain. RAIN is one of the greatest creation of GOD... :)
