How to loose weight, the not so hard way !!!

Hello Guys! Weight loss has always been a trick question for many ppl, it is for me also though :) but I've found a few tricks that work actually. We will talk about how we can control or lose that extra weight hanging around our body. I'm 6ft tall and slim but i've a little tummy which i don't like at all. And lately i have been married and been on holidays at home so have been eating alot so that also summed up a little. Then i thought of fighting back and getting back my old shape. Well, the theory goes very simple, what you eat should be less than what you can actually burn and you'll lose weight as a result. But the tricky part it how to eat less because the body has a very complex computer which is fighting back all the time and trying to make you FAT, so as to store food for the BAD days(which never come). Then you have to trick that computer into thinking that everything is fine. Before i start into that, lets hear your story first. Did you do it? Do you want to do it? DO you want to lose weight and can't? What is a balance diet for you? Should you exercise or not? What to eat and what not? Seeya ;)

I have been trying to lose weight for quite a number of times already but it seems that I always fail. I think that I could not discipline my appetite. I always have been eating more than what I should. So, one day I read that it is good to drink a glass of water upon waking up. It is good for the body for it cleans the toxins out of your body. That is not the only thing that is beneficial to your body. What I noticed is that I lost weight, a few pounds . I think it made me full. And by feeling that I do not salivate for more than that I should eat. And it is really good. Now my pants fit me well. And I noticed that even my shirts fit well with me now.

I think we would like the secret to losing weight...I am a lazy person and have to force myself to exercise...I love junk food but have stopped from eating a lot of junk as I have to get my cholesterol down by December or go on medication..I hope we get some solutions here....would be good.

hi lila! i hope u r doing good.. :) tell me about you.. how old are you? how tall are you? how much do u weigh? what kinda job/work do you have? To start with, dont skip ur breakfast, never ever. Some ppl do that for cutting calories, but its bad, but breakfast is what it says, "BREAK" "FAST".. you break the fast(didnt eat anything) while u were sleeping. so breakfast starts up ur metabolism which in turn burns the food that u eat... eat brown bread in breakfast, with eggs if possibe and no jams and sweet stuff.. take mini snacks every 2 hours,, like an apple,, bananas, oranges.. make salads and lots of them and a variety and dont use creams or mayonesse in them.. its hard in the beginning but u'll get used to it in a few days.. to ease things up, always eat an apple or a few bananad b4 ur normal day meal, so that way u cut down ur junk food. suppose u eat 2 hamburgers every supper, next time start with an apple, then u would end up eating just 1 ham.. split ur meals. if u ate twice a days 400grams of food.. eat it 100g at 4 times apart by some hours... any more questions.. shoot ;)

Hi there! Great to hear from u :) Eggs are not so good because of the cholestrol but they are healthy also... brown bread is always healthy, not white or refined.. refined includes, cookies, cakes and all those sweet stuff... vegetables are great, all of them.. just make a mix and there u go.. ready to eat.. u can add boiled beans and lentils to make taste changes.. since im married so my wife does that for me, easy :p but remember to make take ur meals in breaks and eat slowly, its always a good idea to eat with a friend talking so u can always take break inbetween. it gives ur body time to register that food has come in and u should stop. and one more thing, dont eat after abt 5 or 6 pm.. stop eating abt 4 to 5 hrs before night sleep.. when u eat at that time,, ur metabololism slows down alot,, so whatever u eat, it just piles up... good luck :)
