I suggest you also have to save your online money earnings until it reaches $50 or more because if you dont know it yet, there is a $5 service fee for every withdrawal transaction made in transferring your paypal money to your eon account.

No! We get Paypal here in the Philippines. Fortunately, filipinos users are allowed to use the service. You can sign-up on Paypal's official website, it's http://www.paypal.com. Just join on that site and start getting paid by myLot!!!

I'm not from there, but I do wonder why they don't have PayPal where you are. I know this advice may not apply to EVERYONE, but for those who have business in another country (I'm Canadian, but I have a bank account in the United States as well as Canada for business purposes) get a paypal account and link it with the other country where you have do business.
Also, if you guy things on line from PayPal accepted sites, get a paypal account, and just don't link it to the bank. Tell them you live somewhere else, and just use the paypal account for paypal accepted sites....unless of course it won't show up in your area, the way Youtube won't load in China.

Paypal is available in the Philippines. You can sign up to Paypal right now even if you do not have a UnionBank EON card yet. After signing up to Paypal, you can go ahead and apply for a UnionBank EON card because it will take a couple of weeks before your account is activated. That will be the time you can verify your Paypal account. Remember, you can receive funds on your Paypal account even if it is not yet verified, but you need it to be verified if you wish to transfer or withdraw your funds.
