I prefer bucket shower where you collect water in a bucket and use a mug to take the water out to pour on you. Normal shower is where you switch on the shower and stand under it. My friends who are brought up overseas made fun of me seeing the idea of bucket shower. I prefer bucket shower becaue it gives exercise to my backbone. It is good for a person like me who is lazy to exercise regularly.
Do you prefer a bucket shower or normal shower? Why?

I too prefer bucket shower since it not only gives us an exercise but also help us in saving water. A recent study says that a person uses 17 litres of water to take a bucket shower wheras he uses around 200 litres of water to take shower and hence it is absolutely necessary that we resort to bucket shower and moreover at the time of approaching water crisis, we need to make sure that we take bucket shower.

That is a good piece of information. When we are taking the normal shower we don't realize the amount of water we are using it keeps flowing. We should be careful about using water in a country like India where we have shortage and the population is very high. Thanks for the response.

That is a good answer. There are many people who opt various methods of shower or bath depending upon their situation or mood. Lots of factors like the mood, time, health, etc. will go into the selection of the type of shower. You won't feel like going for a bucket shower if you are sick or running short of time. Thanks for the response.

I prefer normal shower because I need water to run through me continuously. Furthermore, I don't like the idea of using mug to shower me. I feel no satisfaction on it. =)

There are many people who prefer normal shower including my parents. My parents are old and they don't want to take the pain of taking water from bucket each time. If you want to have a bucket shower and need more water, you can keep the tap open. As soon as you take the water from the bucket using mug, it will get filled from the tap. Thanks for the response.

I prefer to have a normal shower unless I need hot water. Since I have enough exercises every day, I prefer to take rest while taking a shower. During cold, when I need hot water, then I would prefer bucket. Once I stayed in a rented place where there was no shower at all!. I had to bathe in a bucket daily for a month till I changed the house!! So I think I had enough of it & my preference goes to shower
Happy lotting

I prefer both bucket and normal shower depending on the water available as we have shortage of supply during peak summer and we have to restrict to bucket shower where the usage is little less compared to natural shower. When there is a good supply of water and we have sufficient storage in the water tank I have a normal shower which is very refreshing.
