Have you ever had to use the Heimlich Maneuver?

I am glad that I was trained in usiing the Heimlich Maneuver when I was employed. I had to utilize my training twice. Both times my mother was choking on food and I used the Heimlich Maneuver to save her life. Thank God for the training. Tell us your experience.
