what are those stars next to some names

I was just looking all that stuff up under the FAQS it is located at the very bottom of the page . it is very interseting and tells you everything you want to know about mylot.. hope this helps, just scroll to the bottom of the page it is all in blue letters FAQS..

after you reach 100 posts they give you a star, they are how many "+" marks you get and also good discussions/responses you do

You get the star after 100 posts, and each star is a different color and have numbers inside them. The number is the rating that other users give you when you respond to discussion. Next to each response is a + and a -. Those are what other users used to rate your posts. Some will get a - when it wasn't deserved. Others will rate +. I usually rate + as we all want good ratings. I only give a - when there are referral links posted in the discussions. I hope this has helped you understand the stars and what they are for. Good luck to you and happy mylotting.
