How many of you actually PTC on Buxhost site

Recently buxhost have been advertising their Pay to click hosting site meaning any tom, dic or harry can actually own their own PTC sites but recently also the scam reviews on this site have been enormous but there is little that we can do. If you been scam by this site by Buxhost what will be your fist action to get your money. And would you say that if for example we get scam is most probably our own greed and it is partially our own fault even if the greed is to only make a few cents?
