I wonder what are the indication of success at work? Is it a big salary? a good position? or more to the one's value such as self actualization, devotion?

i think it's better to think of success at work in both sides.
one side is what the company get from the persone's work,if one do a big help to the company in developement or play a major key role in the company,he is successful for the company.
the other side is what the persone get from the work, not just a big salary, but also a good reputation in a field,a great deal of experience and a right way to become more success.

I think that it could be different for anyone. Some people do measure success by how much money they make, and that is certainly an accurate way to look at it. Another idea is what you get from doing your job. A lot of people decide that they are successful when they really enjoy what they do and like to put out more work. I, personally, try to find a good mix of both. I like making money at my job, by I also like doing the best job that I can.

The most indication of your success is the cheerfulness. If your mind is in blissful condition that is your goal. But the mundane bliss is not a permanent bliss. So also follow spiritual discourse. There are three Q's in the modern age. I.Q., E.Q. and S.Q. The last one is added recently by the followers of Swami Vivekananda of India.
