my best weight loss method is eating 5x a day. yes! it works, but instead of having 3 heavy meals a day, you'd have 5 very small meals, just to keep you alert and maintain your body's energy. and ofcourse healthy food is what you need, you have to end your fast food chain habit and say bye bye to junk foods if you really want to lose weight. another is hitting the gym, but if you are too tired or lazy to do so, you can always play the music at home and shake your booty infront of the mirror, or invite friends over for some dance craze. make it a hobby too to have a sports day activity, where you can learn how to play tennis, volleyball or badminton. But if you are beach bum kinda person, its always helpful to go swimming, it may seem like a simple exercise but you have no idea that swimming can really help one to lose weight.:)

eating small meals helps burn calories too. Digestion takes up a lot of energy, so when you eat something your body has to work to digest it and you will loose weight just from the eating. So yes, as many small meals per day as it takes :) there are some foods that take more energy to digest then what they give the body btw. Exercise should be the one that makes hart work harder, those seem to effect weight much better then heavy lifting. swiming is a good exercice to loose weight, but you have to swim in warm water and not cold. Cold makes our body hold on to fat to stay warmer, that's one of the reasons people gain weight during winter.

I simply started eating healthier. Try to eat more raw fruits and vegitables, substitute unhealthy foods with healthier once and it will happen by itself. I don't eat anything refined any more, i use raw brown sugar and i use whole wheat flour. Instead of regular chemically induced ice cream i eat raw cashew ice cream, tastes very good and you would never gain weight from it. I also try to cook myself, i even started baking my own bread and it took helped. I ended up loosing 20 lb and i'm now perfect weight for my hight. I did it the healthy way and don't have to worry about relapses and gaining more weight. It's very easy to do because you don't have to restrict your eating, only substitute one good tasting thing with another even better tasting one and you can be skinny and healthy at the same time.
