I´m just curious to know what´s your best reason to keep coming here to mylot... Is there a point? Why talk virtual when you have real life friends? I, as you, come here almost everyday (although i have been more active than now), but these questions still rise in my head...plain curiosity...tell me what you think.. Peace Skills Ps: what do you guys think about the image? Doesn´t it make you think, even if mylot isn´t a relationship community? :p

I definitely come here for the money...and it's fun too. I'm a highly opinionated person who kinda likes to talk about anything and everything a lot, and sometimes my real life friends get sick of me. :) Besides, I find I can express myself better with written text than spoken words. Don't know why, maybe it's because it takes longer to write, so I think about it more. :P

Hi, elen! ...you have to change friends! Lolol... :p Some people express themselves better by writing, than verbally, it´s normally something thay happens with shy, more quiet people...when you write, you have more time to think and organize your thougts speech...

I like it here because I get to talk to people from all over the world, and in real life I never get to do that. It's interesting to see the point of view of people from different cultures. I've learned so many things by interacting with people here. Mylot is especially useful to me when I have questions that people around me can't answer. I'm usually confident that when I ask a question at myLot there would be an answer because there are so many people here.

Can we turn around the question? Can you give me one good reason why I should not? I have made many friends on here since I first joined over two years ago. I hear several of them offline too. I have fun here and it costs less than going out and having fun with offline friends (who I do see regularly too). Idon't have to be alldressed up while I'm here and I can get on with other things at the same time, like cooking for example. We even get paid for having funhere so why not? As for your photo. I guess it is possible up to a point that people are not what they say they are but that is just the same offline too. How many people have huge homes and the latest model of a car making you think they are really well off when if the truth was known, they are only very overdrawn at the bank

I am new to Mylot, so I can't tell yet if I will become addicted. Personally, I enjoy Youtube and find myself wanting to make comments all the time, so when I heard there was a site that will reward you for making comments, it seemed worth a look!

Why talk virtual when you have real life friends? I like MyLot, because it is an international site, and I really like the fact that I can talk to people from many different countries and become friends with people from the other end of the world. I love spending time with my real life friends, and they are very important to me, but most of my friends are Danes and we have the same cultural background. My online friends are different from me in many ways, they live somewhere else and their culture is different, and when we write eachother or chat, I learn a lot of new things. That is the reason why both kinds of friends are important to me.

I usually shy to communicate with strangers, but here I learned how to overcome my shyness. Each time, there were new problems and old problems that must be resolved in here. Opinions vary widely and have the appeal of its own. Here we can gain a lot of friends and because they use English so I had to understand exactly what was said by them and by me.

Well, in one hand, the idea was to get a few spare coins, on the other it's the fact that I don't really have any real life friends... well, ones that live close enough anyway, so all contact with my friends is already handled through the internet. Put two things together and it's a win-win situation!

"Why talk virtual when you have real life friends?" I don't know what is the reason why people come here but I might as well say we all got real life friends. You're ideas will be limited if you just talk among yourselves(your real life friends). It is nice to hear people's thoughts and know what is stand on every issue. Here you get to choose what discussions will you be stating your opinion freely. You can post comments to every individual's discussion without being a stranger. About the picture, it's funny because almost all people you find in the internet wear masks.

For me, I spend probably 12 hours a day online (on average) and much of it on message boards. I might as well get paid for it. :P
