Guys it's a bad news ...
It started a few months ago when paypal limits the functionality of every old or new ac present in its database ...Just for the more information about the ac holder
I think that it is not possible for everyone to link a credit card
or to send the address proof....
Its a simply online banking site why so much formatilities ,,,
Wat happens to yours account

Paypal is dealing with money so they should really, really be careful in everything they do so they're trying to protect their members as much as possible especially from fraud, identity theft or the like. That's the reason they limit unverified users to avoid spam and to avoid fraudulent transactions. One you're verified, then i guess the limit is lifted simply because you have provided all the necessary things which will make you a legit member with legit transactions.

Money is a serious and vital matter. So there are no one financial institution, including paypal, will take easy on its security matter. So that's why paypal has its own requirement as an online payment processor for make sure every account is safe. This is for our own convenience and security. Good luck and have a nice day. Happy mylotting.
