Surely we can walk ourselves thin . Walking is really a kind of healthy exercise. One of my friends is very fat indeed . She tries many ways to lose weight by taking different medicines . Useless at all and the medicines are really harmful for their health. She took some advice and began to walk every evening. She walks for one or two hours a day and soon after she feels so good and lose about 10kg .

Ive just started doing this walking thing too. Have not been active in a long time either never any set routine i would say. Im not sure if it comes down to being able to walk yourself thin with ONLY walking. I think its a combination of things. These are my goals just from what ive researched on the net. Im no doctor so im sure these goals are not right for everyone 1. Making sure you are eating three sensible meals a day- tough for me since i havnt been doing this for years 2. Having 2- 30 minute exersise times per day...they say the best benifits are from min of 20minutes per session. 3. Drink 6-8 glasses water a day really helps with detoxing the body and staying hydrated 4. Mix up the type of routine...i decided cycling and walking are the right combination for me. 5. Get plenty of sleep, your body cant function right if its stressed from lack of sleep 6. For my personal self ive found meditation to help me to stay focused and centered on my needs and goals. Ive only done it for 3 weeks but actually really helps. I see this combination is working for me but think i need to add a toning type exersise for specific problem areas. These are just the things that im trying. I hope you are sucsessful in your walking it really is a healthy low impact life long activity :)

Walking alone cannot make a person thin. Cause I have seen fat people walk regularly and walking has not made them thin. If you walk fast most of the time then you might loose a few pounds. I prefer sports in order to loose weight.

You can but it would depend on how much do you walk in a day. I read on a site that around 10,000 fast steps a day can make you lose around 500 calories. By face steps is not like walking for a shopping where you will slow down your pace to navigate. You need a pedometer to help you count your step. Apart from that, you need to eat right to ensure the weight loss process happen.

Walking is one of the best exercise there is. ang it goes without any cost. well, except if you keep eating something while walking lol! anyways, during my two pregnancies, my only exercise was walking. It really helped a lot. Walking is not only to rid of those belly fat. it contributes to better blood circulation. So if you have time, or better, make time to walk a distance. It's good for you.

There is fiteen minutes' time way from my home to the bus station where i catch bus to go work,so, in weekdays,i spend at least half of hour in walking every day. maybe for this simple and necessary exercise, i lost about 2.5kg in this year, and i look much slim than before.
