NeoBux: Low ref clicks

As of lately a lot of people have been getting low averages and low clicks. Myself, I'm going by a "wait 5 days after no clicks and then recycle" for the red ones and 7 or so days for the green ones.
My question is: why are the averages so low? Is it my fault, it is something in general, or what?

If you look at the forums the Admin did inform that the maintenance on going and due to high number of new users they need to add new database or move I think. Just see it on the forum in "News about Neobux" there it was explained really happened.
