It's a best friends thing

I just want to share that I have a best friend for 11 years now. We met each other when we were just 7 years old and from that, we immediately consider ourselves best of friends. We are not best friends just because we have similar likes but because we accept each other's flaws. Sometimes, we fight and that's just normal for best friends. There's just this one thing that I can't really forget. It was when we were in high school when I thought I found someone better than her. So, I'd decided that she will be no longer my best friend. Of course, that situation hurted her. But after that situation, I'd realize that I can't really find someone better than her. And that's the main twist of our best friendship. How about you? Had you experienced having your friendship on the verge of falling? What did you do to avoid it?

I don't know, i had a few so-called best friends but nothing compare to your experience. so, your best-friend was a girl, huh to bad you chose not to be her friend. women tend to change drastically when being thrown off. It's nice to find some one better but telling her that(did you tell her that personally?), that's kinda like burning bridges already. I hope you two would reconcile and get a long someday..

my best friend and i have shared sorrow and happiness together for almost 15years,
we met each other in grade 2 and now we are 22,and just yesterday i shared the most darkness days in my recent life,it's really good have to such a good friend..

Yes I have a best friend .I know him for 11 years.We were friends from 8th grade.We have our own likes and dis likes but he is always special to me.We spend time together.We see to it that we atleast meet once in a week.So thats my friendship story.
