Do you rate other people's responses

This is a simple question. Do you rate other people's responses? I sometimes rate responses, but if I do not remember to do so it will not happen. How often do you rate other people's responses? Do you think people rate your responses? Do you only rate responses as positive or do you rate it however you truly feel about the response in question?

I rate them all. I give thought to how the person did according to the topic! I feel it's part of being responsible here. I also give out Best Responses, for the same reason. Some people don't mostly because of the fact they are in a hurry, just to make cash! I still can't figure out people sometimes! tdemex
