If you had a child that was raped and you were able to find their attacker and had to decided whether to let the cops handle it or take it upon your own hands and kill the A-HOLE what would you do? And if a parent actually did kill the person responsible for hurting or killing their own child what type of punishment should they receive?

Modern criminal law doesn't justify the action you are proposing to take.This type of
settlement of crimes is called an eye for an eye.It easy to say this to others but when your near and dear ones are at the receiving end of such a heinous crime i'm all
for awarding the most deterrent sentence , which is hanging.The reason is i don't want such an act to be repeated again and i want to set an example of such a person.
