why i can't surfer some foreign sites

I have a problem that I can open the foreign site.But after 1-2 minutes,it failed.And 1hour later it can work again.and will failed after 1-2 minutes.Who can tell me what's the problem of my computer.Thanks.

well, this is not the computer problem it may be the fault of your internet provider. i also face such kind of problem when the internet service temporarily migrated to another server. Just ask about this problem to your local internet provider for more details.

Being in China may have something to do with it! It's most likely not your computer but your service provider! Have you checked with them? tdemex

Could this possibly be your government's imposed internet censorship at work here? What sites are youtrying to access and how long have you been having this problem? There are a lot of factors and it's hard to say with out knowing everything.
