I know most of us brush our teeth, but do you always wash your face and hands before you go to bed? Is it part of your routine or is it just when you didn't have a shower in the morning.I usualy have a shower before bed but if i don't i seem to forget,i'll brush my teeth and than i go to bed unless i wear make up that day.

I wash my face at the same time as I brush my teeth. Whether this is immediately before I go to bed, or a couple of hours beforehand...it always depends. But I shower at night before I get ready for bed anyway, to get all the grime, dirt, dust and sweat of the day off me.

I always make a point to wash my face before bed just to get all the gunk from the day off, even if I'm not wearing any make up. I wont use my more intense facial soaps, instead I would probably use Cetaphil because it is quick, easy, and very gentle on the face. Otherwise if I go to sleep with a dirty face, I find my skin to be much more susceptible to random breakouts.

I'll do it maybe half the time, when I feel exceptionally dirty. Otherwise it is part of my morning routine I have with my shower. Happy Mylotting!

I do. It's one of my beauty routine (including brush my teeth and a glass of water after all that) I don't like to go to bed with dirty face. I am still going to wash it when I wake up. I don't have a shower before bed, it's not good for my lungs. I only have a shower before 9 pm. So there's still gap before bedtime, which around 12 am. If I already wash my face by that, it'll be dirty.

Yup, I do. It's psychological. I sleep better with a clean face.

I never wash my face before bed unless I've gotten unusually sweaty or dirty during the day. I do always brush my teeth and floss before bed, though. I end up washing my hands only because the last thing I do before bed is use the bathroom.
