I think a majority of people will agree to being addicted to computer. Internet is such a deep source of knowledge and entertainment that one can never end up exploring things here, and this makes one keep sticking to his/her computer.

Hey,
Yea you might be addicted, but it doesn't really matter! As long as you don't stay on the computer and do nothing else, their is no problem whatsoever. I tend to stay on the computer and do nothing else, so that is totally wrong. Make sure you have a good day, Happy Lotting!!

Could be worse, you could have a part-time job and STILL be addicted. I know I am. I have taking sick days just to be on facebook or get my PCs running smooth. Addicted is not so bad though... I want to work at a computer shop so I am about as addicted as you could get for a 34yo mother of a 16yo boy. I do all the housework, am the only one in the home with a job at all & I still manage to keep house, work & keep the family fed, clean & loved. Addiction is not a bad thing, it's only bad when you neglect the things that are important.

Hello. For me , the computer is totally indispensible. I need it for all my work activities at my office, preparing documents, slide shows, sending emails, etc. I am working for a company which does trading business internationally. So, I have to communicate with our associates around the world. Email is the best way for that. And, ofcourse, I need the internet to come on to myLot in the evenings after I get back home from work.

I'm probably a little addicted, but I can manage without it. My computer breaks pretty often because I'm always carrying it around with me, so there are long periods of time when I have to send it in or wait for replacement parts. I really like spending a lot of time on the internet, too. That's probably the most addictive part.

Absolutely. I take care of my kids, clean the house, and go to college. But the classes I am taking are "distance learning" classes, so I use my computer for them. When I am not listening to or watching a lecture, I am here on myLot, or am on some other site like pickjack or I am playing games, or checking my mail. I am always doing something. I can't even remember the last time my computer was actually turned off. If we have a storm and the connection goes out, I am lost for the day. I am alright if I am not in the house, though. But if I am anywhere near my computer, I have to be on it. I think I need help.
