Last year a few of us found how many of our neighbors were fearful of the recession and their ability to survive it (they still are).
We put together an almanac of ideas on how to save money (like a foundation that gives away computers, how a potato makes a great bed warmer, fighting electricity vultures, etc.), found local businesses to sponsor copies then gave away over 1,000 to folks in our little burg.
1. Anybody try something similar?
2. Any questions on how we did it?

What a brilliant idea! Don't know if you have another copy to spare, but I would love to see a copy of your creation!
I have never heard of using a potato as a bed warmer!
