I like to be a Coconut tree is consider as the tree of life. The Coconut Tree (Cocos Nucifera L.) is called "The Tree of Life" because of the endless list of products and by-products derived from its various parts. Food, shelter, fuel - name it, the coconut has it.The coconut industry is considered a major dollar earner that provides livelihood to one-third of the country's population. Aside from food food manufacturing agency, they are a lot of products and by products from coconut tree... A previous breakthrough it could help to alleviate some diseases to make people healthy... Here are some excerpts with the reasons why coconut tree is consider the tree of life..Coconut oil retards aging. It counteracts heart, colon, pancreatic and liver tumor inducers. In the detergent industry, Its most outstanding characteristic is its high saponification value in view of the molecular weight of most of the fatty acid glycerides it contains effective sanitizer. Coconut Water Another breakthrough use is in coconut water therapy to cure renal disorders. "Bukolysis", as it is also called, is the medical process of reducing or dissolving urinary stones of the urinary tract systems using buko water from 7 to 9 months old coconuts. Bukolysis is the brainchild of Dr. Eufemio Macalalag Jr., a urologist. For preventive medication, water from one mature coconut consumed daily, could almost guarantee that the formation of stones in the urinary tract will be avoided. To those already afflicted, the coconut water theraphy has been proven to be an inexpensive and effective cure. Coconut water is commonly promoted as an economical thirst quencher, hunger satisfier and medical cure for renal disorders all in one. Using coconut water, a nata de coco-like growth produced after 14 days which, when cooked in syrup, is a popular dessert. This nata-like growth is dextran and can be made to comply with the specifications for clinical dextran, an important contribution in the atomic defense against radiation sickness. I would say a Banana tree. Each individual fruit (known as a banana or 'finger') has a protective outer layer (a peel or skin) with a fleshy edible inner portion. Both skin and inner part can be eaten raw or cooked. Western cultures generally eat the inside raw and throw away the skin while some Asian cultures generally eat both the skin and inside cooked. Typically, the fruit has numerous strings (called 'phloem bundles') which run between the skin and inner part. Bananas are a valuable source of vitamin B6, vitamin C, and potassium. Bananas are grown in at least 107 countries.[3] In popular culture and commerce, "banana" usually refers to soft, sweet "dessert" bananas. The bananas from a group of cultivars with firmer, starchier fruit are called plantains. Bananas may also be cut and dried and eaten as a type of chip. Dried bananas are also ground into banana flour. Sourse from here. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Banana

Then, the aromatic bananas we call it milagrosa which have color orange yellow which could be mad as bananas desserts. Then the green large and long bananas which we bake as banana bread. They are also bananas which are green large bananas and I like to eat like banana cue which is fried after that sprinkle with melted sugar then stick with a barbecue-that how its got its name-a banana cue, their is also bananas wrapped in bananas wrapper. And, the best things about a bananas the young trunk could be eaten like bananas salad, including the young fruit. Then, the best things the bananas leaves every time I roast a milkfish with marinated herbs inside the cut belly of the fish I put a lemon grass which gives a aromatic smell and delicate flavor. Then, I wrap in bananas leaves which is a very delectable dishes. You won't regret once you taste it, it really taste good. The leaves is also used to wrap roasted chicken and in making suman or sweet glutinous rices with latik or dried sweetened coconut milk and also my mother specialize in cooking biko and the leaves serves as a covering in a bilao or bamboo tray. Bananas really is a delicious fruits with a lot of benefits aside from you mention. I read from a lot of discussion, eating bananas lessen the pain during women period.

Hi amyson, Durian is a tangy with a strong pungent odor which could be eaten raw in a ripened fruits, made into candies and jellies. The only fallback of this fruits it is not allow to be carry by passengers in an airplane as some tourist have dislike with its strong smell. But, their is a techniques in eating, you must pinch your nose with your fingers while the other hands is grabbing the fruits to be eaten by you. They are many varieties of Durian fruit and the small variety with only few pulps have bigger soft foamy stuffs inside the fruits are the sweetest variety.

Coconut tree is a good choice. But beware that the coconut oil is the only plant that has saturated fats meaning, it can be dangerous to human health. That's why we have the so-called VIRGIN COCONUT OIL, they further refine the coconut oil. Anyways, if I would be a fruit, I would be a pine apple because it's my favorite fruit. It's also a main source of Vitamin C.

hi pjsr, this is what I have found; You are right in terms of using virgin coconut oil but Coconut oil is made up of medium-chain fatty acids (MCFA’s). Two-thirds of the saturated fat in coconut oil is a medium-chain saturated fat. This important fact deserves clarification as MCFA’s actually helps us to lose weight, lower cholesterol, improve diabetic conditions and reduce the risk of heart disease. One of the most outstanding benefits of consuming MCFA’s is that they do not require the liver and gallbladder to digest and emulsify them. This means instant energy and increased thermogenesis (increased metabolic rate in the body) which leads to more heat production as well as improved circulation. For anyone with impaired fat digestion or a removed gallbladder, coconut oil is the only oil to consume as it is very easily digested. MCFA’s are also known for having antimicrobial and anti-fungal properties, so they are beneficial to our immune system. In addition, coconut oil assists people with under-active thyroids by increasing the metabolic rate of the body and creating more energy. sources:http://www.naturalnews.com/022313.html Thus, coconut oil helps and not really a bad fat.
