Many of my friends are facing this issue. If you have dandruff it will affect the hair. Always, try to keep the hair clean and away from dandruff. My room mate is having this problem. She tried some homeopathic oils, but it didn't work out. Now, she is having 'Lion dates syrup'. It seems it work.

we cant avoid hair fall as we live a stressful life. theres shampoo for hair fall but i'm not sure if its effective, maybe to some but not to all. shampoo still contain chemicals that might only make worst to our hair. best one is hot oil and head massage once a week. or if you think its expensive then try to buy coconut. use the coconut oil or coconut milk by putting them to your hair, let it stay there for an hour, you can also massage your head while the coconut milk is in there. then wash and dry. your hair will become shinny and easy to manage and it also make the strand of your hair strong. better use it if you dont have work or school coz its like messy to your hair.

Because of my anti-convulasants I did loose my hair, but was given a cream and had to massage my scalp daily, which helped my hair to grow back apart from seeing a medical specialist for hair loss I really don't know any other way to help it....LoLo

I think you have yourself give the answers. stress, pollution, unhealthy food does increase the risk of hairfall and this is why it is very important to have healthy food, de-stress/relax and makes sure you are away from pollution. Though you cannot be practically away from pollution one can cover their head when going out int the sun :)
Eating healthy, mental and physical exercises are the best natural therapies that can stop hairfall to great extent. However, people start fretting over minor hairfall issues. It is natural/normal to shed 70-120 hair a day as new one grows the old ones say ta-ta. :)
