I personally get stressed out very easily. I have been told I am high strung. All I tell them is "Well duh" sometimes I get so stressed I have wound up in the hospital with wonderful stomach ulcers!

It stresses me out never knowing if we are going to have our own place anytime soon. It stresses me out not knowing when I will be able to find a fulltime permanent job, it stresses me out when my daughter is sick and I can't find a sitter to go work my measly few hours, it stresses me out not knowing if my daughter will get to have a good christmas.

Controlling the mind is the greatest art and a few people can do it and have peace of mind throught their life. Stress get mounted to such heights, I will not be able to move around and unable to do my normal work. It takes couple of hours (after meditation for 15 to 30 minutes) to come back to normal and do other works as I do normally. One should develop techniques to keep the stress at a distance to be normal.

do you do yoga? ive heard some people say that it takes out all the toxins in your body. clears up your head and enables you to do develop a fresher aattitude towards life. i should probably try yoga or meditation someday.
