do you find yourself suffering from the following symptoms? 1. feels fidgety and out of focus if you haven't logged in to facebook for one day. 2. spends hours on your farm in farmville, farmtown, or barn buddy. 3. can't stop commenting on your friends' status updates. 4. can't stop updating your own status. 5. can't stop receiving all your friends quiz and gifts requests. are you addicted to facebook? tell me why.

im addicted, i spend hours on end on my farm on farmville having only joined farmville two weeks ago ive managed to reach level 26 - thats shows how sad i am. Im probably most addicted to the homepage, i can just comment on post then refresh the page then comment and refresh and so on. Its scary! My one dig at facebook would be to get facebook chat sorte, i doesnt work great and a bit of a revamp would enhance he site massively. I dont think being addicted to facebook is a bad thing though! happy mylotting

no, definitely not. in fact i didn't want to subscribe. all my friends have got it, and told me to join the programme, but i didn't want that everyone on the net could look at my business and tag me in the photos. perhaps my friends did this in their photos on facebook, but i don't want to know. now i have just published a book; my friends created a group on facebook for this book. i was really embarassed, but then i decided to let them control it and i still didn't create an account.

yeah, i can relate about the tagging. but i like how it updates me on what's happening with my friends. as we've gotten older it's harder to get in touch. but to each his own. you have every right to refuse to create an account just because everybody has. and i think it was sweet that your friends created a group for your book. it shows how they loyal they are and that they admire your work. =)

Hahaha. Im afraid I'm guilty about that. I always check my facebook account everyday, hoping to see some replies to my posts or something new with my friends' accounts. I spend some time checking my Farmville accounts as well (I skip Farm Town because of its glitches). You have one? PM me and I'll add you up, if you want.

I'm not a member of Facebook but my two daughters are and I think they are addicted to it. When I go out with them they can't wait to go home to the computer so they can look at their "farm". They said their plants would wilt and die if they don't take care of them. It's so funny sometimes to see their dedication to a virtual farm.

Hello Isoliven, For me I don't addict at Facebook but is on Mylot, LOL. I see many of my friends like to update on their status and keep commenting to others status too. For me, I hardly use that function. I have tonnes of quiz and gifts requests. I never bother them. I play pet society once in a while. I never try others game. My hub has a Facebook account too. He never know there are such a lot games in facebook until I recommend him to play pet society. After some times, he browses here and there and discovers many games he likes and started to play Mafia game, Farm town and many more. The only thing I like at Facebook is I can view the photo that my friends uploaded.

I don't have these symptoms but my daughter has. As I said in a previous post, I joined Facebook to see what my pre-teen is doing on that site. I can say I am more addicted to my online forum communities and my surveys.
