Where can I find free audio files for Medical Transcriptionist to download?

Hi everyone!
Phew..
I am exhausted.. Been busy on my Medical Transcription class. As some of you here know, I have come back to school and I am training to be a transcriptionist. I know some of you here are experienced Med Trans already. I would like to ask help where I can find or download some free medical audio files that I can practice. I would like to get a headstart from my classmates. I have seen some being sold at ebay and it's a bit expensive. Also I don't know if the CDs I will be buying is reliable and if it turned out to be unreliable or not good it would be a waste of money for me. So my option is to just maybe find free audio files to download.
If anyone can help me I would really, really appreciate it. If you know a site please post it here.

Hi...I'm a fellow MT from the Philippines and I have been on the job for five years. You really won't find it easy to download or buy medical audio files because of the so-called HIPAA compliance that contractors and vendors have between them. If you're still interested, I can give you a reference for a MTonline card where you can study online using prepaid cards. PM me if your still interested ok?

Hi there!
Thanks for responding even if this discussion was still from last year. About the MT audio files, I have already gotten some from the school I've attended to and actually I have finished my training last year, October, and passed the assessment. I'm already transcribing but not on medical field. I've been applying but mostly companies require at least 1 to 2 years experience so, I've decided to take on General Transcription jobs for now. I'm still looking for companies that has openings for freshers. I still want to focus on being an MT.

hi. i have been an MT for more than 7 years now. i haven't seen any sites wherein you can download free sample audio files.

Hi! You are an MT and you're from the Philippines! Wow This may be off the topic but can you give me tips on which area should I really study? I mean is it essential to memorize the human anatomy and it's functions or just the medicines and medical terminologies? I'm so new to this and just started a week ago.

Why don't you just applying to a whole bunch of MT jobs and they will send you test audio files to see if you qualify for the position. You will also see what you know with real live dictators that way too.
